Contractor will provide research, development, evaluation, and validation of training approaches, methods, tool, instrumentation, and enterprise infrastructure for learning and performance. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 31, 2023. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with two offers received. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $4,600,000 are being obligated at the time of award.
