Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training, Owego, New York, is being awarded a $70,665,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to update and maintain operational, vendor, maintenance-related, flight test, and laboratory support software in support of the MH-60 R/S and SH-60B aircraft. Work will be performed in Owego, New York, and is expected to be completed in September 2018. Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,566,212 will be obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
