The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $9,290,393 firm-fixed ceiling-priced, letter requirements contract for the repair coverage of 24 various mission system components used on the P-8A aircraft. This contract includes a one-year base period and two 12-month optional periods, which if exercised, will bring the contract value to $31,256,390. Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be completed by March 2017; if all options are exercised, work will continue through March 2020. No funds will be obligated at the time of award. Fiscal 2016 working capital funds (Navy) will be provided through individual delivery orders as they are issued; none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was a sole-source pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.320-1.
