Composite Engineering Inc. (CEI) - Unmanned Systems Div., Sacramento, California, has been awarded a $40,848,839 cost-share contract for research and development. The contractor will provide design, develop, assemble, and test a technical baseline for a high-speed, long-range, low-cost, limited life-strike unmanned aerial system.
