Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions Inc.,* Lansdale, Pennsylvania (N00164-16-D-WS02); EDO Corp.,* Amityville, New York (N00164-16-D-WS01); and Teledyne Wireless Inc.,* Rancho Cordova, California (N00164-16-D-WS94), are being awarded a maximum value ceiling $15,000,000 fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award contracts for design, development, fabrication, and testing of prototypes to replace obsolescent parts for the AN/ALQ-99F (V) Tactical Jamming System. The three contractors will have the opportunity to compete for each individual delivery order to provide a prototype to replace obsolete parts under the terms and conditions of the awarded contracts. Work will be performed in Lansdale, Pennsylvania; Amityville, New York; and Rancho Cordova, California, and will be determined as individual task orders are issued. Working capital (Navy) funding in the amount of $3,000 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, Crane, Indiana, is the contracting activity.
