Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Amarillo, Texas, is being awarded a $56,979,031 not-to-exceed modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-03-C-0067) to exercise an option for interim logistic services in support of the CV-22 Developmental Test and Initial Operational Test and Evaluation. This modification includes repair of repairables, spares replenishment and maintenance support for the CV-22 aircraft and the support equipment. Work will be performed at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, N.M. (45 percent); Hurlburt Air Force Base, Fort Walton Beach, Fla. (45 percent); and Edwards Air Force Base, Kern, Calif. (10 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
