Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 21, 2018. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $17,884,700 were obligated at the time of the award.
