Contractor will provide research and develop concepts that identify the attributes and characteristics which will allow for analysis of operational status, as well as capabilities and modes of operation, in support of the cyber operations mission. Work will be performed at Chantilly, Virginia; and Kihei, Hawaii, and is expected to be complete by Aug. 22, 2019. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with two offers received. Fiscal 2015 and 2016 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $680,000 are being obligated at the time of award.
