The Boeing Co., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has been awarded a $9,649,656 modification (P00006) to previously awarded contract FA8628-15-C-2251 for B-52 combat network communications technology (CONECT) full-rate production (FRP) spares and modification of low-rate initial production (LRIP) spares. Contractor will provide critical spare FRP line replaceable units to support the FRP-configured fleet. Also, the LRIP-configured aircraft that are already out in the field will be retrofitted with FRP line replaceable units. Work will be performed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2019. Fiscal 2014 and 2016 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $9,649,656 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
