University of Southern California (USC) - Information Sciences Institute (ISI), Los Angeles, California, has been awarded a $30,862,236 cost reimbursement contract for the acquisition of the Ptychography-based Rapid Imaging of Nano-Structures with Multi-layer Assemblies (PRISMA) effort. Contractor will address the technology development of non-destructive 3D imaging for integrated circuits fabricated with feature sizes less than or equal to 10 nm. Work will be performed at Arlington, Virginia; Marina del Rey, California; and Los Angeles, California, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 24, 2022. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with 12 offers received. Fiscal 2016 research and development funds in the amount of $5,833,000 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8650-17-C-9112).
