Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Owego, New York, is being awarded a $16,116,277 modification (P00031) to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-12-C-0116) for the integration of the data integrity requirement into the current avionics obsolescence upgrade effort in support of the C-130T aircraft.
