Kollmorgen Corp., Electro-Optical Division, Northampton, Mass., is being awarded a $13,338,061 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-05-C-6241) for an increase of 120,000 additional man hours of engineering services, travel and subsistence, and engineering materials in support of the AN/BVY-1 Integrated Submarine Imaging System (ISIS). The AN/BVY-1 ISIS provides mission-critical, all-weather, visual and electronic search capabilities for SSN 688, SSN 21, and SSGN Class submarines. The contract modification for engineering services includes field engineering support services, maintenance support services, and Pre-Planned Product Improvement (P3I) Studies in support of the production and post-production requirements of the AN/BVY-1 ISIS. Work will be performed in Northampton, Mass., and is expected to be completed by September 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
