Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., (46 percent), Sacramento, Calif., (28 percent), Mesa, Ariz., (12 percent), Phoenix, Ariz., (4 percent), Andover, Mass., (3 percent), Portland, Ore., (3 percent), Kennedale, Texas, (2 percent), Minneapolis, Minn., (1 percent), Parsons, Kansas, (1 percent), and Santa Clarita, Calif., (less than one percent), and is expected to be completed in Nov. 2010. Funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source award.
