This announcement includes purchases for the Governments of Spain, Malaysia, and Kuwait (less than 1 percent each) under the Foreign Military Sale Program. Work will be performed in Lemoore, Calif., (57 percent); Cecil Field, Fla., (40 percent); and Philadelphia, Pa., (3 percent), and work is expected to be completed by Sept. 2009.
