Raytheon Company, Woburn, Mass., is being awarded a $20,000,000 contract not to exceed $212,200,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification for the manufacture, delivery, and integration support of the radar component of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system. Work will be performed at Woburn, Mass. and is expected to be completed by May 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. FY07 research and development funds of $20,000,000 will be used. The Missile Defense Agency, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (HQ0006-03-C-0047).
