Litton Systems, Inc. Navigation Systems Division, Woodland Hills, Calif., is being awarded a $5,855,434 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-priced contract (N00019-99-C-1128) to exercise an option for the upgrade the S-3 aircraft communications control group weapons replaceable assemblies from the OK-497 version to the OK-695 configuration under the communications improvement program. Work will be performed in Salt Lake City and is to be completed in November 2004. Contract funds in the amount of $450,418 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.
