L-3 Communications Government Services, Inc., Chantilly, Va., is being awarded a $14,707,842 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity cost-plus-incentive-fee performance-based contract for integration, production, test and evaluation, installation, fielding, training, certification, maintenance, and life-cycle sustainment management support of tactical satellite, telecommunications, information technology networking equipment and psychological operations equipment. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to an estimated $94,643,715.
