George (Fort Gaines, Ga.), West Point ( West Point, Ga.,) and Philpot (Bassett, Va.,) powerhouses. The West Point, Ga., transformers are optional items which are not being awarded at this time. The value of the optional items is $2,556,823. Work is to be performed in Cartersville, Ga. (29.4 precent), Fort Gaines, Ga. (55.2 precent), Bassett, Va. (15.4 precent) with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2011. Bids were solicited using FedBizOpps with seven bids received.
